About the Role We're looking for a passionate, self-driven Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow the online presence across four organisations: DataNow (finance automation), Medico Herbs, MSA Global Trading, and Making a Change (environmental non-profit).This is not a corporate content job — we want someone who lives and breathes social media, replies to every comment, builds real communities, and genuinely cares about engagement. Video is the priority. You'll be filming product walkthroughs, sales content, FAQs, and the occasional YouTube feature — all iPhone-first. If you're the kind of person who picks up your phone and starts filming without being asked, you'll fit right in.What You'll Be Doing Creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) across all four brands Filming on-location content: factory walkthroughs, product showcases, FAQs Appearing on camera from time to time — natural and authentic, no professional experience needed Editing video using CapCut Designing graphics and branded posts using Canva, especially word-based thank-you and announcement posts Obsessively managing comments, DMs, and community engagement across all platforms Scheduling and posting consistently

Requirements

Requirements Essential Genuine passion for social media and content creation Comfortable on camera — relaxed and personable, not polished and stiff Proficient with CapCut for video editing Canva skills for graphic and text-based posts Obsessive about engagement: you reply, you respond, you build Based in Somerset West or within reasonable commuting distance Advantageous Own an iPhone or high-quality smartphone Own reliable transport Previous experience managing or growing social media accounts Can demonstrate content that attracted strong views or engagement Some technical curiosity — one of our brands works in finance automation, so comfort understanding and communicating technical concepts is a bonus
